Here is a Samsung LED TV Service Mode Chart for your help.

ENTERING FACTORY MODE
To enter ‘Service Mode’ Press the remote -control keys in this sequence:
If you do not have Factory remote - control
Power OFF à MUTE à 1 à 8 à 2 à Power On
How to Access Service Mode.
Using the Customer Remote
  1. Turn the power off and set to stand-by mode.
  2. Press the remote buttons in this order; POWER OFF-MUTE-1-8-2-POWER ON to turn the set on.
  3. The set turns on and enters service mode. This may take approximately 20 seconds.
  4. Press the Power button to exit and store data in memory.  If you fail to enter service mode, repeat steps 1 and 2 above.

Would not turn on and the power LED would blink 4 times and the relay would click and this would repeat again and again. I replaced power supply board parts CM806, 811, 812 & 817, all 1000 uf 10v capacitors, three had their tops bulged up slightly that I missed on initial visual inspection.  I replaced them with Radio Shack part 272-1032, 1000 uf, 35v. They are slightly bigger, but fit OK. TV is working fine now.

Samsung, without a doubt, makes one of the best looking LCD screens out there. They look GREAT. But they seem to have serious issues with quality control and cutting corners on part suppliers that make their tvs a gamble to buy
